The location of the property is incredibly convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The room size is mind-blowing, with two huge beds and a kitchen. It's easily 500 square feet, which is jaw-dropping. And the best part? It's extremely affordable for such a luxurious location. Plus, being directly connected to the mall is a game-changer, especially when it's raining outside. our stay was super comfortable and the atmosphere was top-notch.

Traveled to explore Subang Jaya, this apartment was a perfect base for doing it.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for me, as it was only 9 km away from the nearest airport and provided easy access to other areas such as Taman Bahagia, which was just 6 km away. This made my travel arrangements much smoother and saved me valuable time.

While the property had its advantages, there were a few drawbacks as well. One minor negative aspect was the staff's lack of professionalism and their attempts to add extra charges.

So many dining options nearby, I gained a pound just thinking about it. The reception staff? Oh, they were super helpful in ignoring my luggage. Free wifi everywhere, so I could scroll Instagram while pretending to exercise in the fitness center.

The ants in my room were such lovely little companions, I almost adopted them.

The suite design was really nice and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and tidy, with excellent housekeeping. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr BAPPY and SHAMIM. The location was convenient, very close to the water park and next to a mall and lagoon. It was also easy to catch up with work as there was a nice work area with a desk in the room. Checking out was a breeze and the hotel provided good parking facilities.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with shops and a shopping mall nearby. It was convenient to go out and explore the area. Plus, the spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay during our romantic escape.

The housekeeping service was not up to standard. We noticed a blood stain on the comforter and requested a replacement, but they didn't have any in stock.

The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage storage, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay with our group of friends at New Town Resort Suites. The location was perfect, with Sunway Pyramid Mall and Lagoon Park nearby. The location is prime, with easy access to shopping, food, transportation, and even a medical center nearby. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. Parking was also no problem at all, with a flat fee for overnight stays. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV in the room were just the cherry on top! I will definitely be coming back!

The kitchenette was well equipped with a working sink, fridge, utensils, cooker, microwave, and electrical kettle. There were also plenty of power plugs conveniently located throughout the room. the hotel's location near Sunway Pyramid Mall made shopping easy and convenient, and it was a short walk to the exciting Sunway Lagoon.
